Cancellation / Refunds Policy
Request for refunds must be made in writing and sent by e-mail or fax. A processing fee of AU$50.00 will apply for any cancellations. No refunds can be made after April 15, 2009. Cancellation requests must be made to Lou Orszulak at Lou.Orszulak@swahs.health.nsw.gov.au or fax (612) 9893 8659.
